Welder
Without our welders, our cranes couldn't even start lifting. To join our welding team, you must be able to operate various types of equipment, including welding equipment, forklifts, hoists, riggings, and different hand and power tools. You'll also need to possess a broad knowledge of mechanics, metal properties, welding techniques, and maintenance procedures and practices.
Fitter
Our fitters are crucial in ensuring that our cranes don't just lift, they last. You’ll need to be able to weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions; complete layouts; and position, align, and secure parts and assemblies.
Assembler
As an assembler, you will use various machines and hand tools to assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications. That means you’ll need to be able to read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation in order to build to unique specifications while also maintaining logs, records, and reports.
Machine Shop Supervisor
The Gear and Machine Shop Supervisor oversees the department to ensure machines are set up, working properly, and that operators are producing materials that conform with company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.
